Libyan prime minister ousted in no-confidence vote, meaning delays for attack investigation

Remember how this guy was actually COOPERATING with the US on finding the people who planned this attack and killed Ambassador Stevens? Not all that much, but at least he was giving lip service to cooperation.
And now he’s out of office and this has the potential to put off the investigation for a LONG time.
I hate to be the one to toot the conspiracy theory horn, but…
Let’s just say that delaying this investigation isn’t exactly bad news for Obama and if the legislature in Libya doesn’t really want to find the attackers because they support them…
Just speculation though.
